RAW Event Schedule

RAW 2024 EVENT SCHEDULE

Friday April 19

2:00 PM - 5:15 PM: Event Registration Open. Skyline Pavilion

5:00 PM - Driver's Meeting. Skyline Pavilion - all drivers are required to attend for evening ride

5:30 PM - Evening Scenic Trail Drive line up: The Lookout/Tubing parking lot (we will pull out at 6:00 PM sharp)

7:30 PM: Dinner on your own – Scenic Trail Drive will have legs that return to the top and exit at the base of the mountain for brewery & restaurant stops

8:00 PM – till: Sportscar Workshops Friday Night Party hosted at Rover Woods Lodge. Refreshments will be provided.
(4399 Campbell's Mountain Road, Tyro, VA 22976 - 5 minutes from the bottom of the mountain)

Saturday, April 20

7:00 AM: Morning coffee and light fare. Skyline Pavilion

7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Registration Open. Skyline Pavilion

8:00 AM: Club Meeting & Briefing. Skyline Pavilion- all drivers are required to attend

8:30 AM: Guided trail drives lineup. The Lookout/Tubing parking lot

12:00 PM: Lunch break (pack your own)

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Afternoon guided trail drives. The Lookout/Tubing parking lot

5:00 PM: Cocktail Party / Social Hour / Vendor Showcase. Skyline Pavilion

6:30 PM: Dinner. Skyline Pavilion – you must be seated by 6:30 to be served

7:30 PM: Sponsor raffle and prize give away. Skyline Pavilion

Sunday, April 21

7:00 AM - Morning coffee and light fare. Skyline Pavilion

8:00 AM: Club Meeting & Briefing. Skyline Pavilion - all drivers are required to attend

Noon - Lodge Check-out and event closes
