 The Rover Owners’ Association of Virginia Ltd. is the oldest Rover marquee club in North America.

  ROAV Ltd. is a non-stock corporation with membership open to all Rover enthusiasts and hosts the Mid-Atlantic Rally annually on the first full weekend in October.
  As a member, you will be sent correspondence about this and other events, as well as full privileges on the www.roav.org web forum.

  Membership dues are $20 annually, are due on the first day of the MAR (the first weekend of October), and are not pro-rated.
