Note rust hole above center dash. It was hidden by the heater hoses and smaller removable top dash cover plate. Bottom and middle center areas of bulkhead are solid.

Rover is basically assembled. Put the rear body, top and seatbox back on yesterday, front was already on. Put the sills, trans tunnel, floors, seats and doors on today, drove it out of the garage and back to it's parking spot.
All the extra bits (except the extra top and rear body) are stored in back of it.
Make me an offer and come drive it onto your trailer.
