++++ NEW DATE AND TIME+++++++

March 13th, starting at 6:30. Open bar from 6:30-7:30. Dinner served at 7pm.

If you registered already for the previous meeting, please let Muffi or I know if you still plan to attend or if you need a refund.




It will be at the Richmond Marriott West

The cost will be $25 per person, including dinner.
the bar will be open from for beer and wine, thanks to ROAV. Those wishing to do so may continue on a cash basis. Razz

Items currently on the agenda
-2009 financial statements
-plan for proper proxy voting to be presented
-minimum and maximum account levels for ROAV to hold as cash on hand to be presented for review.
-nomination and voting for Board of Directors for 2010
-events calendar for 2010 to be presented
-appointment of officers
-possible split of membership into two levels with different rights

-voting for BOD
-appointment of officers
-possible changes to the Bylaws to better facilitate Proxy Voting
-possible split of membership into two levels with different rights
-discussion of locations for the events for 2010
-2009 financial statements

The Hotel has given us a reduced room rate if you book early of $79.
We will have an open bar for beer and wine for an hour previous to the meeting, the full schedule will be ready soon.
