East Botha and the dealership have scheduled an event there, if interested contact them to reserve a spot, they have all the details. I am posting this for him, ROAV will be there to open the property and show folks around.
Land Rover of Richmond
Winter Off Road Event: Airy Hill Farm, Caroline Co.
Jump in the car and enjoy a day outdoors on us.
That's right, this Winter's quarterly lifestyle event is FREE to attend. Just bring your own vehicle and get ready for an afternoon of dirty fun for the whole family. We'll be trekking to Airy Hill Farm, a sprawling 700-acre property in Caroline County that boasts an impressive off-road circuit of trails.
You can count on Sunday, December 13th as being a date this holiday season that will be easy on your wallet. So SAVE THE DATE and call Leisa at 378-8018 to reserve a spot today.
We've eliminated all event fees to encourage increased participation, so we hope you can join us for a beautiful day of camaraderie, fun and of course, mud.

Can anyone direct me to the GEOMAPS from MAR2009. They would still apply to these trails, wouldn't they? Thanks!

Give this a shot: www.roav.org/ForumsPro...9.html#969
I don't know which trails we'll be doing at the LRR event... but whatever trails they are would have to be on those maps.

i will say this. if all this wet weather keep up, the green trails will be yellow. the yellows will be red, and the reds... who knows?
i was going to try to make this, but the ARMY thing is standing in the way that weekend.

Very cool. I'll do my best to make it. Bill's right though. If this weather keeps up then it's going to get dirty. Right now, I could wheel around in my backyard that has become a mud pit thanks to the daily rain and two sets of heavy paws.
Maybe I'll get a chance to try out my new rock rails (although I don't want to scratch them just yet -- wimpy I know).

Bill is def right-with this precipitation and that of the winter in general the trail map is going to be a bit different than even MAR. Should be muddy...

The long range forecast has rain & snow on Sat and rain Sunday. Should be lots of fun on slippery surfaces.

Well unfortunately I called to register and was told it had been booked for quite some time. Too bad. Would have been fun.
----
Update: First, for anyone else who was late to call like I was, just call Leisa at Richmond LR and have her add your name to the email list.
Second, hope remains alive that I'll still make it thanks to a board member.

Hey guys, I just canceled on this event a few minutes ago so a spot just opened up. Sucks though. This would have been my first event with you guys, but I have to work until 2:00. Maybe next time. Email or callLeisa if you want in.
