Hi:
...new here...
OK, so I'm not feeling that my red blood cells are about to be replaced by tiny green LR logos in my blood stream any time soon, but since the wife won't let go of her Discovery (and my 2.75yr old loves that thing too), I'll be working on it (and a lot, I'm afraid)... and maybe I'll be warming up to this LR thing down that rough road of LR ownership... --so be kind if in a moment of weakness the occasional LR-critical comment gets the better of me.
I'm a European transplant and not new to wrenching and 4x4s, but some of the LR specifics can be interesting at times (I'm trying to be positive, OK?).
Hey, who the heck spec'd out the plastics for the interior? Hardly a piece that isn't cracked or fell of yet. And don't get me started on those power seats... and window lifters, and... oh no... the positive attitude... it's already going, ... going, ...--gone, ...argh! (and the headliner down, and the check engine light... exhaust, swivel pins, ... --I stop now!)
Time to get into the grease (haven't seem so many oil and grease leaks on a single vehicle in quite some time... time to get started, one at a time, I guess...)
Peace out,
AR.
