Spring Rally @ The Cove
ROAV is returning to The Cove for our Spring 2011 Rally. The event will begin at noon on Friday, May 20th and end at 2 PM on Sunday, May 22nd.
Online registration has ended. If you haven't registered, you may register onsite. If registering onsite, please stop at the campground office and pay the fees for camping, trail access, etc. They can give you a campground map directing you to the Lakeside Camp near Camp III where we will have check-in and onsite registration.
The registration fee is $25. Registration fees help defer some of ROAV's costs for hosting an event (i.e. event insurance costs). Registering in advance helps us better prepare.
Other fees such as off-roading fees and camping/day use fees are payable directly to
The Cove Campground upon check-in.
Please stop at the campground office upon arrival and pay the fees due to them. They can direct you to the Lakeside Cabin in Camp III where ROAV check in and onsite registration will be.
ROAV will be offering an event t-shirt for pre-order. It will feature an illustration of a Land Rover Discovery I on the back and a small Land Rover logo (oval) on the left breast.
If there are any extra t-shirts, they will be available on a first come, first served basis.
ROAV will have a large gas grill that everyone can cook their burgers, chicken, steaks, etc. on. The grill is large enough to cater with.
The Cove Campground does not sell food, have a camp store or have any dining. Please bring your own food.
We will have a drawing among those who preregistered. Five people will win $10 Outback gift cards. Why $10 Outback gift cards? There is a Defender 110 pictured on the $10 gift card!
Saturday evening/night, we will have a drawing for door prizes. There will be one entry per vehicle registered (and attends the rally). Will Tillery of
Rovaguy.com is donating a polished
Tom Wood's driveshaft ($600 value). A model will be on display at the event; but, one specific to the winner’s truck will be provided. Also, we have $150 in gift certificates and more from Atlantic-British and a $50 gift certificate from Lucky8.
In addition to Rovaguy.com, Lucky8 Off Road Equipment and Atlantic British, LTD are sponsors. Thanks!
